The people behind your care

Our Team

Licensed clinicians and case managers who walk alongside you — bringing clinical expertise, lived experience, and genuine compassion to every step of your recovery.

Emma Fyffe

Primary Therapist

LPC

Emma is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a compassionate, client-centered mental health professional. She serves as the primary therapist at Greater Texas Behavioral Clinic, an intensive outpatient program providing care for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. In her role, Emma facilitates both individual and group therapy, supporting clients as they build insight, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward sustainable recovery.

She values creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Her approach emphasizes emotional awareness, accountability, and practical tools to promote long-term growth and stability.

Jada Spencer

Case Manager

Jada brings over five years of experience in mental and behavioral health, driven by a genuine passion for supporting individuals through life’s most challenging seasons. She is committed to building meaningful, authentic connections so clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable being open throughout their treatment journey. As a Case Manager, Jada helps clients navigate everyday stressors while identifying practical next steps toward stability and long-term growth.

Wellness plays a central role in her approach. Through her own grounding routines, including Pilates, Jada has developed a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and emotional regulation. She encourages clients to explore movement, structure, and self-care practices that promote balance and reduce stress.

Her goal is for every individual she works with to leave treatment feeling more stable, confident, and prepared for the road ahead.

Norberto Segredo

Case Manager

Norberto serves as a dedicated Case Manager committed to empowering clients to achieve mastery over their mental health and recovery from substance use. He approaches his work with compassion, structure, and a deep belief in each individual’s capacity for meaningful and lasting change. His clinical perspective is grounded in his own recovery journey, which began in 2012.

Having navigated both substance and process addictions alongside mental health challenges, Norberto brings a powerful lived-experience lens to his role. His personal transformation was further shaped through years of mentorship under the late Bob Proctor, where he studied the science of rewiring the mind to support sustainable growth and behavioral change. Norberto specializes in integrating multiple recovery frameworks—including SMART Recovery, Dharma Recovery, and the 12-Step model—within a holistic wellness approach.

He emphasizes a personalized “toolkit” model, incorporating nutrition, meditation, exercise, and sauna therapy to strengthen resilience and long-term stability. With experience as both a peer specialist and group facilitator, his mission is to guide each client from simply surviving to truly thriving.
